Hi, Indy! Thank you for your question. The numbers for MIN would be +0.75 to +1.25, MID would be +1.50 to +1.75 and MAX would be +2.00 to +2.50. We hope this information is helpful!

Question

Please bring back ACUVUE BIFOCAL

The new Oasys are terrible. Same prescription does not work. I can barely see to drive. You do not carry a higher distance strength so I cannot even overcompensate..
This has had a major impact on my life, as now I cannot see well either near or distance and before it was effortless and I never had to think about seeing.
I cannot find any brand lens that works. Please tell me if you can bring the lens back.

Question

Please return ACUVUE BIFOCAL

With dismay I learned that ACUVUE BIFOCALs are discontinued. I wore them for 10 years and they fit perfectly. For the second day I am trying to adjust to Acuvue Oasys for Presbyopia but they are thick, blurry, and dry. I have read numerous reviews of very upset people that strongly dislike Acuvue Oasys for Presbyopia and we urge you to bring back the most comfortable ACUVUE BIFOCALs back. Please reconsider your decision and heed to people's requests to renew the production of ACUVUE BIFOCALs.

Question

WHY ARE YOU DISCONTINUING MY ACUVUE BIFOCAL CONTACT LENSES?

I have been wearing them for years with no problems and the Oasys my optometrist had me try are like looking through oil slick. I can't see my phone to text or street signs-the words all have ghosts around them. He
had me try another brand last week and they dry out after 6 hours. He is having me try another prescription for oasys starting tomorrow but he is not confident I will like them. WHY WOULD YOU FIX SOMETHING THAT ISN'T BROKEN? I want my ACuvue Bifocal co tacts back!!!!!

Question

Am I supposed to eye the same in both eyes with multifocal contacts

I have had my new contacts for a week. I can see great in both eyes for distance. I can see great in my left eye for reading (this is my dominate eye). But when I close my left eye and try to read with just my right eye I can not see.

Should I be able to see close up equally the same in each eye with the multifocal contacts?

Hi Rodney. As of December 31, 2013 we discontinued ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses BIFOCAL. For minor amounts of astigmatism ACUVUE® OASYS® Brand for PRESBYOPIA can be a good choice. With moderate to significant astigmatism a monovision correction with ACUVUE® OASYS® Brand for ASTIGMATISM may be a better solution. Ask your doctor which choice would fit your needs best. Thank you for your question!

Question

Why do the lenses for Presbyopia not come in a larger diameter?

I have a large pupil and currently wear a 14.2 diameter lens. Due to changes in my eyes I now require a lens for Presbyopia. However, the largest your Presbyopia lens comes is 13.8, which does not fit me.

I have been an Accuvue wearer for years and have been very happy. However, now I am going to have to consider switching to Bausch and Lomb as you don't provide lenses that fulfill my needs.

Thanks for your question. While we are always expanding the range of sizes and configurations available, we're sorry we currently do not make lenses that meet your needs or have a timetable when they may be available.

Your comments help us assess and meet consumer requirements. As technology advances, perhaps we will be able to serve your specific needs in the future. In the meantime, your Eye Care Practitioner is the person best qualified to determine what steps to take for your vision needs. Thank you for your interest.

Question

Does Oasys for Presbyopia have the "123" .

I found out on 1/1/2014 when I ordered more Acuvue Bifocal that they were out of production. The Doctor gave me some samples of Acuvue for Presbyopia to try. They seem to work pretty good, but I do not see the little "123" to tell me which way is up, so to speak. Will the production ones I order have this? It's sort of hard to tell if they are "right side up" with out the 123.
